SOHO/EIT/LASCO/COSTEP EUV, white-light, electron and proton observations for the particle/CME event on April 7, 1997. The shock/CME passed the Earth on April 10/11 as shown by the WIND magnetic field and SOHO/COSTEP 80-125 MeV proton measurements.
