	B (nT) = K(x,y,z) * (32768 - Counts)									
Howerer, the code in the MAG idl routine have already dealed with the center data around zero issue, 
therefore,	
	Counts = -B/K									
The offsets O1, O2 and O3 are to be subtracted to any values converted to nominal B(nT)				
The "Counts @ O" should be subtracted for all Range 0 data in counts to center data around zero.
