scl_SUMER uses the idl save file (with suffix .rst) produced by tl_SUMER
to write a command file in SUMER command language (SCL).

To start the program start IDL, 
place the directory with all the programs here in your idl path and type
scl_convert_udp. The scl code so produced is not optimized in terms of
program size and experienced people may want to do some editing.
