1. Solar Activity

  Solar activity was high during this week.
  Small M class flares were detected by teh NoRH.  
  However, from the beginning of the 1999, solar activity was slightly
  decreased compared with the first half of the week.

2. Remarkable Events found by NRH

   No remarkable events.

3. Observing log

   On the first day in the 1999, position error of antenna was caused 
   due to an incorrect clock or calender in our system.
   The error was found in N11-13, E11-13 and  W11-13 antennas.
   This problem was recovered in the next morning.
