1. Solar Activity

Solar activity continues to be high due to the Active Region NOAA 8375.
We had many GOES C-class (41 reported by Yohkoh tohban) and 5 M-class
flares in this week. Three of the M-class ones occured in the NRH observing
time. But one of the three shows week radio signature.

2. Remarkable Events found by NRH

The two flares at 1998-11-08 22:55 and 1998-11-10 00:12 occured
in AR 8375. These flares are similar in the time profiles and
in the geometrical structures. They have single peak with
duration of 1 minute and double foot-points structure.

The flare at 1998-11-11 0:50 occured in AR 8383.

3. Observing log

E28 was not used for observation due to maintenance
during 00:20 - 2:05 UT.

W08 was not used due to trouble.
