NRO Heliograph Tohban's Report for Week 32 (3 August 1998 - 9 August 1998) Tohban : Y. Hanaoka 1. Solar Activity Solar activity was rather low in the former half of the week, but enhanced in the latter half. Flares including some M-class ones occurred in several active regions. The largest flare in our observing window was an M3.0 one on August 8, but the data on that day could not be retrieved during the observation due to a machine trouble. The data are still stored in the temporary storage, and they will be retrieved later.
