Inventory:

These handling routines are based on legacy perl code written for SOHO/MDI
in the late 1990s.  They are kept around for convenience, but have largely
been superseded by Perl's built-in time parser (check out the man pages
for Date::Parse and Time::gmtime.)

	date2int.pdl	- converts most time stamps to a UNIX time 
	int2date.pdl    - makes time stamps from UNIX times.
