ACRONYM: pry_flare_2_v2

As requested by the HOP 531 proposers, version 2 of this study exchanges 
line list 277 for the more extensive line list 281.

This study is intended to take spectra of flare kernels that appear
during the rise phase of a flare. The parameters have been chosen
based on lessons learnt from the data-set analyzed by Young et
al. (2013, ApJ, 766, 127).

POINTING:

The pointing should be chosen carefully. Flare kernels do not appear

after the sequence of PRY_flare_2 rasters.
