Study 000564: ACRONYM: fullccd_scan_l30 This study is for measuring the plasma properties (temperature, abundance, and density) along a active region loop or flaring loop structure at the limb depending on its height with Full CCD spectra. For investigating temporal evolution of properties in high time cadence, we use the sparse raster scan (8" step). Target: Limb AR or limb flare Raster: Scanning Slit: 2" Step size: 8" FOV: 122"X160" Exposure: 30s Data rate: 139.1 kbits/s Data volume: 74.47 Mbits Duration: 8 min 55 sec Lines: Full CCD Pointing: --------- Limb active region or flaring loop. The slit needs to include more quiet sun at the top or bottom of the FOV for the velocity calibration. Instructions to planners: ------------------------- This is the large sparse raster scan. A context raster (PRY_slot_context_v3) should be run before and after the sequence. Warning: -------- 1) The raster has a high data rate (139 kbits/s) 2) The data volume of this study is quite large (74 Mbits). Therefore, it is recommended to use this study if EIS get more telemetry for the limb observation.
