A minimal sit-and-stare study that is intended to be run for many
hours to enable dynamic phenomena seen in AIA movies to be captured by
EIS. Line list includes Fe VIII, Fe XII 186, 195 density diagnostic
and Fe XVI. The cadence is set at 24s - twice that of AIA.

XRT: High cadence, long duration Y-coverage of 512^2, spatial resolution
     1-2^2 prefered
SOT: Ca II and/or H-alpha, with high cadence, long duration prefered over
     spatial resolution
