CDS has FOT remove them from ESR flag distribution
CDS substitution heaters will be turned on in a few days

EIT shutterless 15-23:59 UT (critical time 19-21:40 UT)

SWAN launch-locked and have ESR flag disabled at ~15:05 UT

CDS move mechanisms to home spot at ~16:35 UT

UVCS close doors at ~17 UT
UVCS has FOT turn on substitution heaters and disable flags and
  use ESR limits

MTOF NRT for 15 minutes when Scott comes

MDI open loop and stop structure ~22 UT

EIT go into bakeout mode ~23:59 UT
