The earliest the wind could be in place now is December 20. > The earliest possible launch opportunity in that case would be December 21. CDS: Flare Genesis, followed by Christmas long duration study (24 Dec - 2 Jan). Note that it is always difficult for e.g. CDS to support FGE observations on Mondays, because they need to have the pointings by Friday, unless special staffing arrangements are mad to allow uplink during the weekend. Other CDS constraints with regard to launch dates is the CDS Christmas Long duration study ...
