Any time the receiver list is changed, a CMS message will go out to every instrument that normally receives the ESR flag with the status of your flag - whether is it inhibited or enabled. This message is for informational purposes only. You'll see an example of this today during instrument safing - you will get an email saying: is set to receive ESR flag or ESR flag will no be sent to * Dec 13 is the holiday party for SOHO.
