SOHO Daily Meeting Minutes for Thursday 25 March 2004 ANNOUNCEMENTS ------------- * SPWG in the EOF after the daily and weekly meetings tomorrow. * During the keyhole some quicklook files have been overwritten by new files with the same name due to a mismatch in the DPS vs ECS quicklook file naming conventions (the ECS system does not recognize version numbers in the DPS file name). This may have caused some data loss in the quicklook processing since not all new versions of a file contain the same data as the previous one. Note that the files may have been overwritten on your system as well. A list of all keyhole quicklook files received before 21:11 UT on DOY 084 is located at: http://soho.nascom.nasa.gov/soc/qkl.html All the lines in red indicate files that have been overwritten at least once. We have compiled a list of all telemetry that has been received so far, available at: http://sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov/soc/keyhole.mar04.exact_times Every row that has a # at the end of it has been confirmed, and you should have telemetry for that time, except for interruptions of no more than 5 minutes. All of this data (again, except 5-minute gaps) should appear in the Level Zero product. If you miss more than 5 minutes of data in your quicklook data, within the #-marked times from the above file, and if you need it before the LZ data is ready, you may contact a SOC to request it as a quicklook file. * The current RHESSI default target is a new AR on the northeast limb. When selecting this target to maximize coordination w/others, use campaign number 6850. * MAIN GATE CLOSED SATURDAY: The GSFC Main Gate will be closed to all vehicle traffic on Saturday, March 27, from 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. The reason for the closure is to conduct uninterrupted training on the use of the emergency barriers. Gate-5, off Soil Conservation Road, will be open for entry and exit. Visitors will continue to be processed at the Main Gate Reception Desk located in Bldg. 9. * DSN Contact Information for next week: Because of additional SVM needed during the SOHO keyhole NRT times will be unpredictable. Anyone needing NRT should see Emily in the SOC office.
