              violations observed

Ground Anomalies: 
133/1125 - Incorrect uplink sweep parameters at D54; (Commanding, pass 
             activities delayed 39 mins)
133/1942 - Corrupted command during NRT (7 min delay to troubleshooot and
             retransmit)
133/2231 - Degraded TM from D16; Cause unknown (30 mins, recoverable)
