Spacecraft Status: Nominal

Spacecraft Anomalies: 
067/1542        CDS mnemonic CIV+5V violated YH limits for two formats. 
		Impacts TBD.
068/0455        CELIAS mnemonic FSCP5V violated YL limits for two formats.  
		Impacts TBD.

Accomplished Activities: 
DOY 066:        VIRGO, RSL, New tracking star, mag = 7.4
DOY 067:        VIRGO, SWAN
DOY 068:        VIRGO, CELIAS, NONCOHO_03068

Planned Activities: VIRGO, CELIAS, New tracking star, mag = 4.9

Upcoming Operations: None

Ground Anomalies: 
066/1900        SH4WS2 terminal locked up, cause unknown.  No 
                operational impacts.
066/2352        Wayward command delayed NRT activities one minute.
067/0527        Wayward command delayed SSR transition 4 minutes.
067/0900        LMC monitor data offline from 0900 to 0937 due to a 
                failure of the OCI handler at JPL.
067/1355        Invalid ground time stamp between 1355 and 1406 due 
                to a TGC failure at D66.
068/0855        Wayward echo during SVM commanding on D66, cause 
                unknown.
068/1714        TGC failure at D16 resulted in 6 minutes 14 seconds 
                of lost, unrecoverable TLM.  Received degraded TLM 
                for additional 7 minutes; any lost data is 
                unrecoverable.  Ground time stamp was incorrect 
                from 1714 to 1733.  Transition to VC2 was delayed 
                26 minutes.
