SOHO Daily Meeting Minutes for Tuesday, 6 August 2002


ANNOUNCEMENTS
-------------
* RHESSI and High Cadence AR Study target for today is AR 0057; 
  target for tomorrow is AR 0057.

* CALSO-5 SEM Calibration Rocket (ICAL12) is scheduled to launch 
  at 18:30 UT today. SSR will be in record from 17:50-19:30 UT.

* Router maintenance work probably scheduled for Wednesday.

* The IPNOC needs to perform emergency maintenance on both TLAN routers 
  that will result in a complete outage. The planned time frame is 
  Wednesday 8/7/02 from 10AM to 11AM. This will effect the SOHO, 
  WIND/POLAR, XTE, ACE, TRMM, SOTA, TSM, and ICE missions.

* PMI contractors are scheduled to perform preventive maintenance 
  on the UPS-15 system on August 9 from 8:30AM until 4:30PM. The 
  UPS system will be in bypass and the load will be on commercial 
  power during this activity.  No impact to operations is expected.
  3-UPS-15 supports SOHO, WIND/POLAR and XTE missions.

* Security scans in FOT area on Thursday morning. This will create
  pauses in NRT during the morning.

* Security scans in the EOF and EAF on Tuesday 13 August at 12 UT.

LASCO:	Nominal. C2/C3 synoptics and hourly C2 pB images, JOP159
	tomorrow.
 
EIT:	Nominal. 195 CME watch and synoptic. Will take extra synoptics
	at 18, 18:30, 19 UT for ICAL12.

MDI:	Nominal. Full disk magnetograms and dopplergrams.

TRACE:	Nominal. High Cadence AR Study.
