* No commanding from 17-17:15 UT today due to nascom router
work.
* Next SSR dump is May 2
* SVM activities will be extended on Wednesday due to memory dumps.
* Solar science seminar on Wednesday 1 May 1 at 3:30pm in EAF by
Bernhard Kliem on MHD Simulations of Dynamic Resistive
Magnetic Reconnection in Solar Flares

INSTRUMENT STATUS

CDS: Nominal. JOP155, JOP156, JOP104. Tomorrow: JOP104 all day.
SUMER: Nominal. JOP104 on the west limb equator. Tomorrow: JOP104
with the target TBD.
UVCS: Nominal. Finish JOP155 and begin coronal hole observations
and long synoptic. Tomorrow: coronal hole observations and
mini-synoptic.
LASCO: Nominal. C2/C3 synoptics.
EIT: Nominal. Half-resolution 195 CME watch and synoptic. Supporting
JOP156.
MDI: Nominal. Full disk magnetograms and dopplergrams for continuous
contact, supporting JOP154, supporting JOP156. Calibrations and
leg alignment on Thursday.
TRACE: Nominal. Supporting JOP156 MSSTA-III launch with full disk
mosaics and synoptic sets before/after and a 171 movie of
AR9919 during the flight. Other plans for the day include
engineering, observing AR9919, and supporting JOP154.
