SOHO Daily Meeting Minutes for Wednesday 24 September 2003 ANNOUNCEMENTS ------------- * Current RHESSI default target is AR10464. When selecting this target to maximize coordination w/others, use campaign number 6850. * Note that SOC office staffing will be somewhat irregular during the keyhole period. Staffing for today: SOC here from ~10 UT (6am) until 20:30 UT (4:30pm), student here until 1 UT (9pm). Staffing for Thursday: SOC here from 8am-4:30pm, student here from 8pm-midnight. * EOF visitors tomorrow at 11:45am * SPWG on Friday in the EOF after the Daily and Weekly meetings * Due to changes in badging procedures, Marie Stubbs of the International Affairs office must enter into a data base information on every green card holder on the 6-month list. It would expedite this next round of badging if all green card holders would fax a copy of their green cards to both Joan Rurka (301-286-0264) and to Marie Stubbs (301-286-0405), along with information on their nationality and affiliation. It would be good to note in the faxes that the person is already on the SOHO 6-month-badge list to avoid confusion.
