SOHO Daily Meeting Minutes for Monday 22 September 2003 ANNOUNCEMENTS ------------- * Current RHESSI default target is AR10464. When selecting this target to maximize coordination w/others, use campaign number 6850. * Note that SOC office staffing will be somewhat irregular during the keyhole period. We will announce significant deviations from normal staffing in the daily minutes. Tomorrow's staffing will be normal. FOT REPORT ---------- Spacecraft Status: Nominal: Inverted Roll Position HGA Position Monitoring Disabled Spacecraft Anomalies: None Accomplished Activities: DOY 261: HGA Table, VIRGO (per OCD #1852), New tracking star, mag = 6.25 DOY 262: RSL DOY 263: Standard daily activities DOY 264: NONCOHO_03264 Planned Activities: New tracking star, mag = 6.9 Upcoming Operations: None Ground Anomalies: 261/1151 Wayward command delayed NRT activities 26 minutes. 261/1533 CMS-POCC connection terminated, no impacts. 261/1544 Corrupted command between D27 and the spacecraft during uplink of VIRGO load. Activities delayed 41 minutes to delete duplicate TT commands and resend load. 261/2026 Received 1 hour 39 minutes of degraded TLM from D27, cause unknown. Data should be recoverable from the CDR. 262/0035 Failed to receive 0158 monitor data from D27 between 0035 and 0104, cause unknown. 262/0433 Received 1 hour 10 minutes degraded TLM from D46 due to bad weather at the site. Any lost data is unrecoverable. 263/0055 Received 6 hours 5 minutes of severly degraded TLM from D46, cause unknown. Lost data is unrecoverable. 263/0745 AOS from D66 three minutes late and degraded TLM received from 0748 to 0824, as site had difficulty locking onto TLM. Data up to 0757 recoverable from the SSR; other lost data is unrecoverable. 263/1515 Received 15 minutes of degraded TLM from D16, cause unknown. Data recoverable from D66 which was also in support at the time. 263/2212 Received 7 minutes of degraded TLM, and 3 minutes of range data due to a TCP failure at D16. 263/2320 Commanding activities delayed 6 minutes due to problems with the predicts at D34. 264/0340 D46 unable to lock TLM. Received degraded TLM from 0340 to 0611, and no TLM from 0611 to 0725. No CMD ability from 0343 to 0725. Spacecraft placed in record during this period so the only lost data is potential MDI high rate data. 264/0740 CMD activities delayed 1.5 hours, and a total of 14 minutes of TLM lost due to problems with MFR-2 and TCP-2 at D66. Lost 7 hours 45 minutes of range data. Site reported MFR-2 ACG was misaligned. Lost data recoverable from the SSR. 264/0845 Commanding activities delayed 22 minutes due to an improper command modulation index at D66. 264/1307 Received 1.5 minutes of degraded TLM from D66 due to RFI at the site. Lost data is unrecoverable. 265/0320 D46 unable to lock uplink on spacecraft RCVR 2, cause unknown but sweep parameters used by the site are being investigated. Commanding activities delayed 11 minutes until lock was established.
