* CELIAS recovery status: MTOF recovery will take most of
Tuesday. STOF recovery will be on Wednesday. CTOF recovery
is planned to begin sometime after MTOF and STOF have been
recovered.
* SOHO Science Seminar on Wednesday 30 January at 3:30pm
by Terry Kucera on Prominence Motions in the UV in the
EAF, Room G-10.

INSTRUMENT STATUS

CDS: Nominal. JOP151.
UVCS: Nominal. JOP151 and at 18 UT 24-hour synoptic begins with
repeated scans on the west limb. Tomorrow - JOP151 on AR 9787.
LASCO: Nominal. C2/C3 synoptics and JOP151 support.
EIT: Nominal. 195 Angstrom CME watch and synoptics, JOP151 support.
MDI: Nominal. Full disk magnetograms and dopplergrams for continuous
contact. Supporting JOP151.
TRACE: Nominal. TRACE will continue on AR 9787 until about 11 UT when
we switch over to AR 9800. The program is 171A only but with
cadence and compression quality that varies with available
telemetry. Eclipses are still with us so there will be
an interruption each orbit.
