ANNOUNCEMENTS
--------------
* There will be a 4-hour power outage in Bldg 26 during the weekend
of March 17. Non-essential computers/equipment should be turned
off during the weekend. The outage is most likely to occur on Saturday,
but this needs to be confirmed after the fact.
* There may be DSN schedule changes for tomorrow and the weekend
if the Eutelsat launch scheduled for tonight slips.
* There may be visitors here from 11am-noon today.
* Tomorrow there is a downlink only station, followed by DSS27.
Anyone commanding might want to wait until the DSS16 pass at
20:45 UT.
* The next SSR dump will be early tomorrow morning on the DSS43 pass.

Ground Anomalies:
066/1210 Intermittent degraded TM during entire support
(5 hours 33 minutes). Reason unknown.
066/1653 Corrupted command between the site and the
spacecraft delayed NRT commanding 15 minutes as 6
UVCS commands retransmitted successfully.
067/0116 JPL network line overflow from Goldstone resulted
in 5 minutes 43 time, while Polar was
simultaneously performing a high-rate data dump.
Data is recoverable from the CDR.
