SOHO Daily Meeting Minutes for Friday, 26 January 2001 ANNOUNCEMENTS ------------- - Reminder: Sunday, 28 January, the EAF network will be down from noon until midnight. If you have any filesystems on the archive filers that are hard mounted (i.e., not automounted) on your machines -- you should unmount those file systems before noon Sunday, or you may be hampered by "stale file handles." If, however, your mounts are accomplished via automount, you probably need take no action, and your system will recognize the file systems when the EAF/SDAC network becomes available again. HGA Table, Acquired new tracking star, mag = 6.4 Planned Activities: VIRGO, CELIAS, RSL Upcoming Operations: 1/29 TR Maintenance 2/8 Off-pointing Maneuvers Ground Anomalies: 1624 Corrupted command triggered a TC Block Length Error. NRT activities delayed six minutes as six total commands retransmitted. Yesterday at 19 UT, CDS was back up and running. Today, particle beam study on AR9313. UVCS: Nominal. Today the study with Ulysses continues in the South. Saturday - 24-hour synoptics. Sunday - Ulysses study in the South. LASCO: Nominal. C2 and C3 synoptics. EIT: Nominal. 195 Angstrom CME watch and synoptics. MDI: Nominal. Today MDI looks at sunspots in high resolution mode. Then MDI will return to doing full disk magnetograms and dopplergrams through the weekend. TRACE: Nominal. Will continue on AR 9313 through the weekend.
