The quiet sun program is 171/wl/1600 with a 60s cadence except during times of scarce telemetry when we just do 171/wl. The 171 images are fixed exposure (32s). The flare flag is active in the unlikely event of a flare. Today TRACE will look at Sunpot of AR8970 for a 30-minute high cadence program then back to Quiet Sun Study.
