Proper personnel were notified, per CS H-02. 0637 CEPAC ESU control thermistor, QTHI1A, flagged yellow high (YH). Impacts TBD. Accomplished Activities: VIRGO, MDI Planned Activities: VIRGO, HGA Upcoming Operations: Mercury Transient on 11/15 Instrument Safing/Roll Maneuver for Leonids on 11/16 Post Leonids Roll/Momentum Management/SK Maneuver on 11/19 Ground Anomalies: 2011 Degraded TLM from 2011 to ~2100 due to RFI. Lost data is unrecoverable. DR G05484 2134 The command link between the POCC and EOF failed, causing a 20 delay in NRT commanding.
