G04-0251 1952 sh4xt2 locked up - cause unknown - had to power cycle 
sh4xt2 to recover, temporarily unavailable (6 minutes) for operations 
on the prime string during a pass.
S04-0016 2056 Single DMA failure over 1 format - 1 packet failed to 
be acquired during heavy LASCO NRT commanding.
