Anomalies:

G04-0101  0140  D46 unable to maintain lock on RCVR-1, and during 
sweep attempts had three
                 sweeps extend beyond duration specified in the NOP. 
The three violating
                 sweep attempts lasted for 5 minutes, 5 minutes 6 
seconds, and 10 minutes
                 30 seconds respectively.  Directed D46 to uplink into 
RCVR-2 in order to
                 proceed with operations.  Lost 6.5 hours of range 
data, and delayed
                 command activities 1 hour.  DR #C103393.
G04-0102  0143  Lost 73 minutes of command ability and 108 seconds of 
recoverable TLM due
                 to a TCP failure at D46.  DR #C103392.
G04-0103  0400  VIRGO time-tag command delayed several seconds due to 
the processing of
                 ground commands by COBS at the same time.  No impacts.
