G02-0399  0425  Power problems at JPL.  D46 acquired TLM at scheduled 
BOT of 0425, but
                 data was not available in the POCC until 0620.  Data 
recoverable from the
                 CDR.  Lost 1 hour 55 minutes of potential MDI 
high-rate data. DR #N100572.

                 MDI high-rate data.  Received degraded TLM for the 
remainder of the D54
