S00-0091  0554  CEPAC ESU Data Request Error; CEPAC recovered automatically after
                being non-operational for three minutes

G00-0478  0618  Incorrect MDI transition.  Immediately corrected by FOT - no 
                negative impacts to instrument.

Anomalies:

G00-0476  1400  D16 pass cancelled due to antenna problems resulting in an unplanned
                gap in the December MDI 5 day continuous campaign of 2 hours and 53
                minutes.  D66 extended pass and D24 track was added to replace D16
                track.  All data recoverable from SSR.  DR# G06564

G00-0477  2202  D24 lost carrier due to transmitter mask.  D16 was brought up for
                command purposes so the FOT could run the MDI transition procedure
                and the place the SSR in record for the upcoming gap in DSN
                coverage.  Total commanding outage of 14 minutes.  DR# G06567
