G00-0434  0035  Antenna stopped tracking due to a power glitch with the y-axis
                hydraulics system.  3 hours and 27 minutes unrecoverable TM loss, 3
                hours and 30 minutes of lost commanding time, loss of 0136
                magnetogram, VC2 transition delayed, and standard monitoring 30
                triggered.  D34 brought up to partially cover the gap.  DR# A04870
