G00-0408  0050  1 hour 8 minute late AOS due to big pipe failure resulting from
                solar interference, delayed SVM activities until D66 pass, data
                recoverable via SSR except for lost MDI high rate telemetry,
                DR# N70297

Anomalies:

G00-0409  1541  Commands failed to reach the spacecraft due to unknown reasons. 
                Dropped carrier and triggered Std. Mon. 30 making the spacecraft
                non-coherent.  Resumed commanding on next support.  Lost 4 minutes
                and 52 seconds of unrecoverable telemetry, including the 1600
                magnetogram.  Lost command ability for 31 minutes.  DR# L04754
