Anomalies:

G00-0061  1607  D16's command modulation index (CMI) was toggling between 
0.6 and 
                3.0, causing the spacecraft AGC to fluctuate.  D16 had to 
reset the 
                CMI. NRT commanding delayed 7 minutes.

G00-0062  1653  High rate LAN failure at D16.  Lost 2.5 minutes of 
recoverable data.
