S-68: Roll Anomaly Detection
 - Upon receipt of telemetry FOT noticed flag had tripped during
   non-contact period (14:43:48)
 - Reset flag
 - MMS Engineer notified
 - Investigation continues

S-69: Unexpected TC Mode and TC Block Sequence Count Error
 - Due to station problem (G-157) RSL table load was not fully
   received by the S/C
 - Resent RSL table load with no problems after AGC stabilized

S-70: Roll Anomaly Detection
 - Anomaly occurred at 19:05:45
 - Reset flag
 - MMS Engineer notified
 - Investigation continues

G-157: Low AGC
 - Station DSS16 uplink power set to 2kW vice 10kW
 - Caused commanding problems (see S-69)
 - Station switched power amplifier (PA1 to PA2) DR# J9282
 - Lost telemetry from 16:29:25 to 16:36:17 (non-recoverable)
