 - Station received direction via OPD 003 to set uplink sweep
   to +/- 60 kHz vice our normal +/- 120 kHz
 - FOT directed station to use +/- 120 kHz uplink sweep

 - MOCR submitted on procedure to check value entered

G-152: Late Carrier Up
 - Station Power Amplifier (PA) #1 failed. Switched to PA #2
 - Commanding delayed 3 minutes (DR #J9268)

G-153: Block/Frame Sequence Errors
 - Station outputting two virtual telemetry streams to GSFC
 - Poor telemetry quality for 4 minutes (DR #J9269)

Activity Summary:

- SSR SEF counter reset
- Quick health checks performed continuously
- Dumped and reset min/max monitoring table and verified PROS B temperatures
